A Christian Senator full of love like Christ would have wanted him to be?

A senator in the United States senate remarked that women who are raped shouldn’t worry about needing an abortion, because the body has a way of shutting down? A senator in the United States senate! 2012? Is this what he tells himself when she says NO? Do you want a guy like that representing you?

Realize that he represents a whole lot of people, men and women, thinking just like him. He’s a SENATOR! He apologized for using the wrong words? Really? It’s not his words that worry me. It’s his thoughts and feelings that do. Loving father, good husband, squeaky clean I’m sure. The United States is treading  a slippery slope with people like the honorable senator at the helm.
